MFI Peruvian Monsanto has an outstanding pedigree. On his sire’s side, his legendary grandsire is the fawn accoyo male Peruvian Timoteo, one of the best accoyo males ever imported into North America. His granddam is Peruvian Cornus, an incredibly dense female with outstanding coverage, density, and soft, lovely crimp. On his dam's side, his grandsire is the famous Peruvian Matador, a black male sold in our 2002 auction for $70,000. His granddam is Peuvian Mayiena, one of Magical's best foundation females who is still producing wonderful crias for our farm.

Monsanto’s color genetics are rock solid, his fleece is outstanding, his conformation is flawless… he simply is the best there is! With the quality of his fleece and his solid color background, we expect many championship show crias from his male.

We have retired Monsanto from showing as he is now old enough to breed, and with his dense fleece we were unwilling to risk him to heat stress.
