Donovan's show record is as impressive as his pedigree -- this year, at 5 years old, his fleece won First Place, Breeder's Choice, and Color Champion at the 2004 AOBA National Conference Fleece Show in Louisville. The best part is Donovan is passing this on to his offspring! One of his first offspring, Peruvian Almerea, was too young to show in the spring of 2003; however, we did show her beautiful, young, brown fleece and it won First Place, Color Champion, and Best Crimp in the 2003 AOBA National Fleece Show. This was the largest alpaca fleece show ever held at the time, and her fleece beat all brown colors in all age groups. In 2004, her fleece did it again -- Almerea's fleece won First Place, Color Champion, and Breeder's Choice Fleece at the 2004 AOBA NAtional Conference Fleece show!Visit the farm, take a look at some of his other colorful offspring, and then reserve your breeding! |

Peruvian Donovan is the official mascot of Magical Farms but we also take great pride in the fact that he is producing some of our best crias! He has one of the best fawn fleeces we have ever produced and his colorful offspring share the same dense, elite fleeces. He is the marvelous son of the famous accoyo Peruvian Augusto, who sold to Five Star Alpacas for a world record $226,000 in 2000.
