MFI Cassia -- 2004 Breeder's Choice Auction

Well, we thought 2004 was going to be the year we were going to keep one of Cleo’s grey daughters; however, we needed a high-quality, rose grey female so once again we are offering one of Cleo’s beautiful daughters. Cleo has given us six crias thus far - five females and one male. When bred to black, grey, and rose-grey males, she has produced rose-grey, silver-grey, and black 100% of the time. Four of her offspring are rose-grey or silver-grey and the other two are black! She is due again in August, and this time if it's a girl, we will likely keep her for our own breeding program!

Cassia's fleece is a beautiful rose-grey color with lovely handle, crimp, and density. Her sire is CPeruvian Silvino, our rose-grey (pink) signature herdsire. With her dam's production record and Silvino as her sire we look to Cassia to produce many wonderful crias for her new owner.

We are going to breed Cassia for you to the famous Shaquille, a grey male we co-own with Fleecy Dale Alpacas. Shaquille has been a shining star of our showstring, and is well known for his absolutely outstanding grey fleece.
