Blackberry is the third black daughter in a row from Panamerican Buttercup in as many years to be offered in our
Breeder’s Choice Auction! Buttercup
is a jet black female hand picked by Bruce Barr, Panamerican
Alpacas, at the time of her import.
She is one of our best black females, with density and
outstanding character and brightness. Buttercup's
daughters who sold at auction before MFI Blackberry were MFI Black
Marihia and MFI
Brilliance.
Blackberry’s black fleece is beautiful - very lustrous and
brilliant with small crimp throughout. Her sire is MFI Peruvian Black
Mesquite, who has sired many black champions such as Delissa,
the 2003 Customer Appreciation Color Champion owned by Cedar Brook
Alpacas, as well as My Peruvian
Ineffable, a six-time champion.
Blackberry sells with a free breeding to a Magical Farms
herdsire, and and with these strong black genetics, you have an
incredible range of possibilities!
